Our fourth in general and second intermediate level committee, H-WHO!

The cold war. International tensions have reached an all-time high ever since the second world war. The global arms race has reached exponential levels. Newly developed weapons, especially biological ones, pose a deadly threat to humanity. So do the nuclear programs of many countries.
